Dear EH Band parents,

The EHMS Band will participate in the IMEA Non-Competitive Band Festival on Saturday, March 13th at East Side Middle School in Anderson, IN.  Here, students will perform music for clinicians who will offer written and taped critique of the performance.  Following the performance, one of the clinicians will rehearse with the ensemble.  This is a wonderful opportunity for students to gain insight from the state’s top music educators.  The performance is free and open to the public, so you are invited to come and listen!

Please make sure that students arrive in proper black & white concert attire (see handbook).  If your child will not be riding the bus back with us, please give me a note in writing or via e-mail to that effect.  Please contact me if you need help getting to East Side Middle School.

1:00  P.M.  Arrive at Eastern Hancock and pack equipment. 

1:00  P.M  Depart for East Side Middle School

1:45  P.M  Arrive at East Side Middle School (Homeroom B)

2:20-2:45  Warm Up

2:50  Performance

3:15  Clinic

3:50  Load up trailer

4:10  Depart for Eastern Hancock

4:45-5:00  Arrive at Eastern Hancock to Unload
